The assistant coach will assist in administering a Division I Women's Lacrosse program, including coaching duties, practice planning, and game preparation. They are also responsible for supporting student-athlete recruitment, academic performance, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university regulations.
Candidates must possess a college degree or four to eight years of relevant work experience, along with six months to two years of experience in a related role. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to travel and work flexible hours are required.

Position Summary
Assist in administering a competitive Division I Women's Lacrosse program that adheres to all University, MAC, and NCAA rules and regulations while providing a safe and accepting environment for student-athletes to grow and develop academically, athletically and one which encourages personal responsibility, sportsmanship and service to others.

Occasional exposure to objectionable conditions or variations such as those found in variable weather conditions or light industrial settings.
Licenses/Certifications
Valid driver's license; must be able to pass NCAA recruiting test

8.30 AM to 5.00 PM (Some evenings and weekend needed).
