The School of Psychology at the University of Auckland is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Professional Teaching Fellow to join our Clinical Psychology Programme. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with meaningful teaching and supervision, helping prepare the next generation of psychologists to make a positive impact in the communities they serve.
You will play a key role in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students within the School of Psychology. Part of this role includes supporting students to develop the clinical skills, cultural safety, and professional competence required for practice.
This part-time position offers flexibility while allowing you to make a significant contribution to clinical psychology education.

This is a part-time (16 hrs per week) permanent role
The remuneration range is $105,791 - $128,065 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, and will be pro-rated.
We’re looking for someone with a postgraduate qualification (ideally a PhD), who brings teaching experience, a student-centred mindset, and a genuine interest in continuous improvement as an educator. You’ll be someone who values collaboration, embraces diversity, and is motivated to make a positive impact in higher education.
