The Opportunity

Our location in Princeton, NJ currently has an opportunity for an Senior Customer Support Specialist. Incumbent will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data systems, procedural activities and information flows and assessing the efficiency and costs of logistics processes.
What You’ll Work On
Individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain.
Research operational costs, industry and regulatory issues and maintain a current and comprehensive database on which to draw for solutions development.
Use statistical modeling skills to develop, and cost justify logistics solutions to meet agreed customer needs.
Manage inventories and tactical planning, taking into account customer's future needs.
Manage /coordinate inter-company shipments and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
Associates Degree
Minimum 4 years work related experience
Preferred Qualifications
Strong excel skills in additional to Power BI
Experience with SAP, QAP, MS360 and or salesforce.
Demonstrates success collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
