This role sits at the center of the organization and plays a critical part in ensuring that strategic priorities are effectively translated into measurable outcomes. The Chief of Staff will partner closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to establish priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, drive operational discipline, and maintain focus on the company's most important objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic objectives into actionable operating plans with clearly defined ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

Monitor progress against strategic priorities and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges.
