Vous avez une expérience dans le commerce/marketing à l’international et un excellent sens de l’organisation ?
Vous appréciez le travail d’équipe, vous êtes curieux(se) et proactif(ve) ?

Vous parlez couramment l’anglais ?
Au sein du Département Service Client de la Maison, vous accompagnez le manager Service Clients et les 3 Chefs de Projets dans leurs missions quotidiennes.
De la création de contenu au recueil des besoins en passant par l’analyse de données utilisateurs, vous coordonnerez les différentes améliorations avec les équipes Service Client des régions du monde (US, Asie, Europe, Japon, Moyen-Orient) et avec le soutien du chef de projet.
Vous renforcerez l’expérience client, via l’amélioration des solutions digitales en collaboration avec les différentes équipes à l’interne (service client, commerciale, digitale) et à l’externe (agence digitale).
Vous serez garant de la planification et de l’animation des réunions avec les équipes internes, de la newsletter envoyée de façon trimestrielle afin de faire la promotion de l’équipe Service Client au sein de la Maison. Enfin, vous serez en charge de la promotion des projets auprès de la communauté internationale Service Client Van Cleef & Arpels.
Afin de faciliter votre intégration, nous vous proposerons une formation à l’histoire et aux valeurs de la Maison au sein de L’École des Arts Joailliers.

One of a Kind
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. The shapes of the collections are all inspired the historical archive drawings and by the very first creations of the founder, Mario Buccellati. Today the Maison is owned by Richemont and the Buccellati family is still present in the company with top managerial functions, ready for our next 100 years of history.
