Purpose

This role works across the logistics teams and ensures efficient and effective material flows to meet the business objectives.

Key Missions

We are hiring for a Senior Executive - SCBO (Supply chain back office) based at NSEZ, Noida. 

 

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Coordination with multiple Idemia Sites/Service Centres for timely preparation of Invoices against their requests.
• Meetings/Coordination with multiple manufacturing Sites/Service Centers for Updation & Analysis of  Data and various Customs entries including HS Codes/Incoterms /Items and Custom Duty Rates
• Follow up with Sites & Business units for Data updation in Transport Management ERP for Top management reporting.
• Large data analysis and Dashboard formation for multiple Idemia manufacturing Sites/ 
  Service Centers.
• Quality / Sanity check of data to be performed. 
• Gap analysis based on findings and errors in the data model/reports. 
• Recommend improvements to the reporting using modelling and large datasets.
• Pioneer new ideas to increase speed and reduce the development.

Profile & Other Information

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 

• Master degree in a supply chain management, Preferable Commerce Graduate & MBA in Supply Chain Management
• 2-3 years of experience in a Logistics Management & highly analytical environment , Preferable from CHA or Forwarder/Shipping Line Industry
• Sound experience of Shipment & Invoicing management.
• Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret and draw conclusions from data extracted from internal and external sources.
• Experience in Six Sigma process, statistical analysis and datamining.
• Should be able to extract & automate the big data from multiple data sources.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel,.
• Organized, self-starter and a quick learner. Must be an independent problem solver that can make high quality judgments and quick decisions.
• Excellent organization & Communication skills confidently present to all levels within the company is required.
•  Develop the analytics required to visualize opportunities and measure progresses for the supply chain.
•  Should be able to work in multiple time zones (if required)
