Significant experience operating within larger, globally scaled SaaS or technology businesses.
Mandatory hands-on HubSpot experience, including CRM optimisation, data hygiene, automation, integrations and user adoption.
Proven ownership of major systems integrations, global platform implementations or technology consolidation programs.
Experience supporting or leading M&A integration across systems, processes, data and people.
Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics and commercial modelling.
Advanced Excel capability, including scenario planning and performance analysis.
Experience designing territories, segmentation models, quotas and capacity plans.
Strong partnership experience across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management and Finance.
A commercially astute, data-driven leadership style with the ability to move confidently between strategy and hands-on execution.
