Full job description
Mission
As an AI DI Engineering Manager, you will own the end-to-end integration of Aily's platform within client environments — from initial scoping through deployment and continuous optimization. You will lead a team of Decision Intelligence Analysts, set the standard for how we deliver value to clients, and act as the senior technical and strategic point of contact across engagements.
Your profile
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, business strategy, and client partnership — someone who can translate complex technical capabilities into measurable outcomes and build the internal practices that make our team world-class.
What you'll do:
Lead and develop a team of Decision Intelligence Analysts working across multiple client engagements and industries
Own the end-to-end integration lifecycle for strategic client accounts — from requirements definition to model deployment and performance validation
Establish standardized methodologies for defining data requirements, adapting models to client contexts, and ensuring consistent delivery quality
Oversee strategic data model architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with client business objectives
Guide Decision Intelligence Analysts in running, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models to achieve the best possible decision outcomes
Implement rigorous validation frameworks that ensure all model outputs deliver measurable, demonstrable business value
Serve as the senior technical relationship owner for key clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between platform capabilities and client goals
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to surface client insights that enhance our platform roadmap
Ensure your team develops deep expertise in client business processes and user needs, creating solutions that drive adoption and lasting impact
Your Profile We're looking for a strategic leader who combines technical depth with the ability to build high-performing teams and trusted client relationships. What you bring:
Experience: 7+ years in AI, data science, or analytics roles, including at least 2 years in a team leadership position
Team leadership: Proven track record of building, managing, and growing technical teams in fast-paced environments
Technical depth: Strong understanding of AI architectures, data modeling principles, and model fine-tuning methodologies
End-to-end ownership: Experience leading complex technical integrations from scoping through delivery and ongoing optimization
Industry versatility: Demonstrated ability to apply AI solutions across multiple industries and business functions with measurable results
Client management: Comfortable owning senior-level client relationships on the technical side — setting expectations, navigating complexity, and building trust
Process excellence: Track record of implementing scalable methodologies that improve delivery quality and team efficiency
Business acumen: Clear understanding of how AI creates business value and the ability to connect technical decisions to strategic outcomes
Strategic thinking: Ability to anticipate trends in AI decision systems and position your team for continued innovation
User advocacy: Experience championing end-user needs within technical implementation decisions
Bonus points if you have:
Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems or decision optimization platforms
Background in technical pre-sales or solution architecture
Experience working in or closely with enterprise SaaS companies
