Ons Financial Services tax team is de marktleider op het gebied van duurzame fiscale advisering aan financiële instellingen. Hierbij kan je denken aan uiteenlopende (inter)nationale organisaties zoals banken, verzekeraars, pensioenfondsen, vermogensbeheerders, beleggingsfondsen, private equity.
Dit ga je doen
Hoe vertaal je informatie- en transparantiewet- en regelgeving van de OECD (bijv. CRS, DAC7, DAC8) en de VS (FATCA) naar concrete datapunten en correcte rapportages? Hoe richt je bij banken, platformbedrijven en crypto‑partijen de rapportageketen in—van brondata tot en met controles en indiening? Hoe borg je datakwaliteit, privacy en controles in lokale systemen en processen? En hoe maak je complexe regels begrijpelijk met duidelijke gegevensoverzichten en beslisregels, samen met fiscalisten en IT? Aan dit soort vraagstukken werk je dagelijks als (senior) Associate Operational Tax Reporting.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
Analyseren van gegevens voor CRS, DAC7, DAC8 en FATCA: inkomende data beoordelen, persoonsgegevens zorgvuldig verwerken en rapportages opstellen en indienen.
Adviseren over transparantie-eisen (DAC/FATCA): wie, wat en wanneer rapporteren; welke rapportbestanden per land; wijzigingen vertalen naar praktische stappen.
-Signaleren en uitvoeren van automatisering (zoals gegevenskoppelingen en controles) en verkennen van AI-toepassingen, onder meer voor crypto-rapportages (DAC8).
Vertalen van klantvragen naar databehoeften (welke velden, definities, bronnen en kwaliteitseisen zijn nodig); schakel tussen fiscalisten, compliance en IT.
Inrichten en verbeteren van processen en controles: heldere gegevensoverzichten, beslisregels (bijv. is iemand te rapporteren, welk land hoort erbij, drempelbedragen, classificatie) en datakwaliteitscontroles.
Vergelijken van ‘moet’ (wet en toelichting) met ‘is’ (huidige data en processen), gaps vastleggen en oplossen, en voorbereiden op audits en toezicht.
Samenwerken in internationale projecten en coördineren van lokale implementaties bij klanten in finance, platforms/retail en crypto.

Je hebt een WO-masterdiploma Fiscaal Recht, Fiscale Economie;
Je bent analytisch, proactief, heb je gevoel voor data, technologie en/of systemen en je bent in staat snel verbanden te leggen;
Je vindt het uitdagend om op een praktische en creatieve manier steeds weer nieuwe vraagstukken te analyseren, op te lossen en verschillende expertisegebieden te koppelen/verbinding te maken;
Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de technologische ontwikkelingen binnen je vakgebied en gedreven om deze ontwikkelingen toe te passen;
Ervaring met FATCA, CRS, DAC 6/7/8 en/of CESOP is een pre;
Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
