The Patient Care Coordinator manages clinic intake processes, including scheduling referrals, verifying insurance, and collecting patient payments. They are also responsible for maintaining a welcoming clinic atmosphere and managing non-clinical documentation and deposits.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a sedentary office environment.

This individual will work in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
