The Area Events Coordinator provides administrative support to the events teams at two hotel properties by managing documentation, deadlines, and internal communications. Key tasks include preparing banquet event orders, tracking deposits, and coordinating event details across various hotel departments.
Candidates should have previous experience in administrative, events, or hotel operations, preferably within a luxury or upscale hospitality environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and strong organizational skills are required.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Area Events Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Events teams at Hotel Bardo Savannah and Recess Hotel & Club Savannah. This role helps keep event details, documentation, deadlines, and internal communication organized so that meetings, weddings, and social events can be executed successfully across both properties.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing details, and supporting a fast-paced hotel Events operation.
This is an onsite position supporting Hotel Bardo Savannah and Recess Hotel & Club Savannah.

Bardo, a new hospitality brand by LEFT LANE, recently debuted with a new two-acre urban resort and private clubhouse at the heart of Savannah’s Forsyth Park. The Leading Hotels of the World property was named one of the best hotels in the world in 2024 by Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveler and received the One Key MICHELIN Guide and AAA Four Diamonds designations. Resort guests and club members enjoy access to a range of activities and amenities including complimentary fitness classes, live music and DJs, bicycle and gear borrowing, wellness workshops, cooking classes, access to Bardo’s Mokes, and private shopping appointments at the onsite Fifth Avenue Club. The project is the flagship property for the Bardo brand, leading the way for LEFT LANE’s expansion into additional high-growth, secondary U.S. markets over the next five years.
