Descripción del empleo

  • Supervisar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de la operación diaria en Alojamiento, A&B y áreas de soporte.
  • Coordinar los equipos para garantizar la continuidad operativa y eficiencia en el servicio.
  • Resolver incidencias operativas en tiempo real.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio y calidad definidos por la marca.
  • Realizar controles permanentes en terreno sobre la ejecución del servicio.
  • Detectar desviaciones y aplicar acciones correctivas inmediatas.
  • Asegurar que el cliente esté en el centro de la operación diaria.
  • Gestionar reclamos, incidentes y oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia.
  • Implementar acciones concretas para elevar la satisfacción del huésped.
  • Supervisar directamente a supervisores y equipos de Alojamiento, A&B y áreas operativas.
  • Organizar turnos, cobertura operativa y dotación según demanda.
  • Asegurar una correcta ejecución de inducción y capacitación operativa.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave (ocupación, tiempos de servicio, satisfacción cliente, costos, etc.).
  • Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras operativas basadas en resultados.
  • Reportar desvíos y avances al Gerente de Operaciones.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de promociones, upselling y acciones de venta en terreno.
  • Motivar a los equipos para impulsar ingresos en A&B y servicios complementarios.
  • Coordinar con el área comercial la implementación de campañas.

Requisitos

  • 2 años de experiencia en cargo similar
  • Estudios en Administración de empresas/ Gastronomía/ Hotelería
  • Inglés fluído
  • Gestión de presupuesto del área
  • Análisis financieros del área
  • Fuerte conocimiento en estrategias de marketing y ventas
  • Persona creativa e innovadora
