Coordinador/a de Calidad – ADT Security Services Chile

En ADT Security Services Chile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a de Calidad para sumarse a nuestro equipo y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua con foco en la eficiencia operacional, la reducción del churn y la optimización de procesos críticos del área de servicio técnico.

Este rol tendrá como foco principal la gestión integral del proceso de Retiro, Recuperación y Reciclado de Equipos, asegurando trazabilidad, cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, control operativo end-to-end y coordinación efectiva con áreas internas, proveedores externos, logística, bodegas y equipos técnicos.

La posición será clave para mejorar los niveles de ejecución, disminuir backlog, reducir la merma de equipos, fortalecer la recuperación de activos y contribuir directamente a la eficiencia y rentabilidad del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

Proyecto de Retiro, Recuperación y Reciclado de Equipos

  • Planificar, monitorear y asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas diarias de retiro de equipos.
  • Realizar seguimiento al backlog de clientes, priorizando la gestión según antigüedad y criticidad.
  • Supervisar la ejecución versus el agendamiento, impulsando mejoras en las tasas de cumplimiento.
  • Gestionar la contactabilidad, confirmación y coordinación con clientes.
  • Controlar la productividad de técnicos y apoyar en la optimización de rutas.
  • Realizar seguimiento y control de gestión desde los sistemas internos, especialmente en caso de operación tercerizada.
  • Reducir la merma de equipos y asegurar la recuperación oportuna de activos.
  • Implementar controles end-to-end para asegurar la trazabilidad completa del proceso.
  • Coordinar con proveedores externos, logística, bodegas y equipos operativos.
  • Evaluar y ajustar la capacidad operativa de acuerdo con la demanda.
  • Generar, monitorear y reportar KPIs de seguimiento y control del proceso.

Gestión de Producto

  • Analizar fallas recurrentes asociadas a productos y servicios técnicos.
  • Levantar oportunidades de mejora junto a áreas internas de Producto, Operaciones y Servicio Técnico.
  • Monitorear el desempeño técnico de productos en terreno.
  • Participar en procesos de validación de nuevos productos.
  • Generar reportes de calidad, comportamiento técnico y desempeño operativo.
  • Proponer mejoras orientadas a optimizar la experiencia del cliente.

Gestión de Calidad

  • Analizar reclamos, desviaciones e incidencias para determinar causa raíz.
  • Monitorear indicadores de calidad como FTF, QTY, TC, churn y reclamos.
  • Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Auditar procesos operativos y técnicos.
  • Desarrollar planes de mejora continua.
  • Apoyar en capacitaciones alineadas a estándares de calidad, eficiencia y servicio.

Indicadores clave del rol

La gestión estará asociada al seguimiento y mejora de indicadores como:

  • Retiro de equipos: ejecución, backlog, recuperación de activos y merma.
  • Producto: fallas recurrentes, reincidencia y desempeño técnico.
  • Calidad: FTF, QTY, TC, reclamos y churn.
  • Eficiencia operativa: cumplimiento de agenda, productividad, trazabilidad y capacidad operacional.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en áreas de calidad, operaciones, servicio técnico, logística, control de gestión, procesos o mejora continua.
  • Experiencia en seguimiento de procesos end-to-end.
  • Manejo de indicadores operativos, reportes y análisis de datos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar proveedores, equipos técnicos y áreas internas.
  • Manejo de herramientas de control y análisis, como Excel, Power BI u otras plataformas similares.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de servicios, telecomunicaciones, seguridad, logística, operaciones en terreno o rubros afines.
