In qualità di tirocinante entrerai a far parte di un team affiatato che ti coinvolgerà in tutte le attività quotidiane del negozio. Intraprenderai un percorso di affiancamento dove imparerai tutte le tecniche e i segreti della vendita assistita, seguendo una check-list strutturata che allenerà le tue competenze e ti farà esprimere il tuo potenziale commerciale.
Non hai esperienza nel campo della vendita ma hai tanta voglia di imparare;
hai passione ed entusiasmo per il Retail e la vendita assistita;
sei una persona solare e dinamica, con voglia di mettersi in gioco;
ami lavorare in team.
Tirocinio di 6 mesi finalizzato all’assunzione;
30 ore settimanali suddivise dal lunedì alla domenica con 2 giorni di riposo (turni di circa 6 ore);
rimborso mensile di 600€;
formazione completa e affiancamento sul campo;
