As a Scheduler/Operation Support Specialist you will be responsible for scheduling jobs and acting as a liaison between customers and production. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to ordering material, assisting with HR administrations and employee relations programs.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records and or reports.
Maintain and update database systems using a computer.
Manage, review and coordinate schedules.
Communicate daily with key stakeholders (Administrative Specialist, Sales Staff and Production Staff)
Communicate daily with customers to schedule jobs, confirm jobs, and inform of any schedule changes or cancellations.
Review work orders, files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication.
Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
Strong leadership qualities.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred).

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.
