The Patient Service Representative manages the financial processes of patient services, including co-payments and insurance verification. They are also responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and providing general clerical support for the practice.
Candidates should have two years of experience in a physician's medical office and proficiency in English and computer scheduling. A two-year Medical Office Management or Medical Secretary program is preferred or equivalent experience.
