The Inside Sales Support Specialist is a customer-focused role dedicated to delivering outstanding service and operational support to the sales team. Plumbing & PVF knowledge strongly preferred. This position utilizes digital tools, ERP/CRM systems, and data insights to manage customer interactions, streamline order processing, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.
