Conoscenza ed esperienza su Salesforce e/o altre piattaforme di CRM (Zendesk, Pegasystems, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, sugarCRM)
Conoscenza su tematiche di Digital Marketing, Sales Automation, Customer engagement & Customer Journey design.
Conoscenza su temi di digitalizzazione dei processi di vendita, di marketing o di assistenza alla clientela e processi di dematerializzazione.
