The HR Support Specialist provides administrative and clerical support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role supports the Senior Director of Human Resources, HR leaders, and HR Partners by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate personnel and financial records, and serving as a resource for Mercyhealth partners.
The HR Support Specialist also assists with special projects and other departmental initiatives as needed. This position may require flexibility in work hours, including occasional overtime during peak business periods, and performs other duties as assigned.
Location: MercyCare Building - Janesville, WI
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs)

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Specific visions abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to read, write and speak English.
