Provide socio-administrative support by welcoming and orienting beneficiaries at reception and assisting social workers with interviews and data entry. Support administrative tasks including mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and the preparation of files for collective housing residents.
Candidates must be recognized as civil servants (civilistes) and possess proficiency in IT tools and French writing. Knowledge of English is considered an asset, along with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
