Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Manage sales transactions and process payments accurately
Maintain product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets goals
Participate in promotional activities and merchandising efforts
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
