What will you do?

Limpieza y puesta a punto de las habitaciones y las áreas comunes del Hotel. Para ello debe seguir los procedimientos y técnicas establecidos por la dirección que garanticen la higiene del establecimiento y el perfecto estado de uso de las instalaciones. Funciones:
• Preparar el material necesario para desarrollar su trabajo: productos, utensilios, maquinaria, etc.
• Limpiar y arreglar las habitaciones y zonas comunes del alojamiento, comprobando el buen estado de las instalaciones y el mobiliario. Para ello tendrá que hacer uso del parte de ocupación y realizar todas las tareas que implica la limpieza: hacer la cama, ventilar la habitación, colocar ropas, reponer los objetos de aseo, documentos, complementos y artículos del minibar, y supervisar el estado de la habitación para comprobar que no hay desperfectos.
• Atender al cliente mientras permanezca alojado y procesar los objetos perdidos. Deberá tener en cuenta sus quejas y reclamaciones, satisfacer sus peticiones cuando esté en su mano hacerlo y controlar los objetos que puedan dejarse olvidados según el protocolo establecido.
• Recoger y limpiar los materiales propios de su trabajo, enviando a lavandería la ropa sucia y rellenando los partes necesarios.
