The Quality Engineer will lead new product launches through the APQP process and manage quality documentation including PPAPs, control plans, and FMEAs. They will also act as a technical resource for automotive requirements, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
Candidates must have at least 8 years of manufacturing experience, including 5 years specifically in the automotive sector. Proficiency in AIAG Core Tools and a working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF standards are required.

The position requires a solutions-focused quality professional who demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and sound judgment in addressing challenges, while contributing expertise, driving compliance with established standards, and strengthening overall departmental performance through teamwork and continuous learning.

The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 – $90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.
