Act as the first point of contact for customers, crews, and tenants at the Basel headquarters, managing reception and lounge areas. Handle logistics including hotel arrangements, transportation, and the creation of reception manuals.
Requires a general education degree, high-class hospitality experience, and fluency in both German and English. A valid Category B driver's license and flexibility for shift work are mandatory.
