Lead the Advertising and Marketing procurement agenda for the MENAPAK region, focusing on agency roster management and fee optimization. Establish procurement policies and lead a regional team of buyers to ensure strategic alignment and value creation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of marketing procurement experience within FMCG or creative agencies in the MENAPAK region. Must possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of local agency ecosystems and regulatory nuances.

The role will be responsible for setting up new ways of working with stakeholders, optimization on A&M (Advertising and Marketing) Procurement initiatives, overseeing management of agency roster, supporting team in more complex negotiations, and also leadership of the Cairo A&M Procurement team.
