The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing promotional setups, seasonal changeovers, and maintaining visual presentation standards on the sales floor. They also provide training to floor staff and ensure all displays align with current market trends and company strategy.
Candidates must have 1-3 years of visual display and merchandising experience along with strong organizational and time management skills. The role requires physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
