Introduction

The Risk Management function comprises of three teams:
Market & Credit Risk, which focuses on factor and market exposure analysis, derivative operational risk oversight, counterparty / issuer risk oversight;
Investment Review, which provides independent assessment of investment proposals and key investment risks at the deal level; and

Gather, clean, and organize relevant data from company filings, industry sources, sell-side research, market data, and internal investment materials.
Coach junior members to work through incomplete or imperfect data to propose reasonable, transparent, and well-supported analytical inputs for senior review.
Support Earnings, Valuation, and Portfolio Impact Assessment
Synthesize company, sector and macro analysis into clear portfolio implications and investment insights. This includes
Translating agreed operating-metric assumptions into earnings, cash-flow, and valuation impact for affected companies and sectors.
Applying valuation methodologies, including DCF and intrinsic value frameworks, to estimate the potential downside or upside impact of stress events.

Prepare clear exhibits, charts, tables, and written summaries that explain the key drivers of scenario impact.
Recommend where portfolio vulnerabilities or opportunities warrant deeper attention
Lead team in producing materials for portfolio risk discussions and senior management decision-making.
Monitor Early Warning Indicators

Requirements
