Work you’ll do

1. Training Operations & Delivery

• Coordinate end-to-end training (pre, during, post)
• Manage scheduling, trainers, and logistics (F2F & virtual)
• Ensure smooth programme delivery per SOPs

2. Administration & Documentation

• Maintain training records (attendance, assessments, feedback)
• Prepare materials and documentation
• Handle certification, reporting, and audit filing

3. SkillsFuture & Compliance

• Ensure SSG/SkillsFuture compliance
• Manage grant submissions and claims
• Support system updates (TPGateway, CRM, LMS) and audits

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as main contact for participants
• Liaise with internal teams and support client engagements

5. Continuous Improvement

• Improve processes and SOPs
• Track and report KPIs (attendance, completion, feedback)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training operations, learning administration, or academy management
• Prior experience in an SSG-funded training environment / ATO / PEI / IHL preferably
• Hands-on experience with SkillsFuture frameworks and compliance processes is an advantage

Technical Knowledge

Familiarity with:

• SkillsFuture / SSG funding requirements and audit processes
• Training management systems (LMS, CRM, TPGateway)

-Adult learning operations and programme lifecycle

- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)

Advantageous Attributes

- Experience supporting operations for corporate training, public runs or Academic Affa
