About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Marketing Manager who can develop integrated 360° marketing campaigns while bringing deeper expertise in digital, social, and performance marketing. This role will help shape brand storytelling, customer acquisition strategies, and cross-channel marketing plans that drive both awareness and business growth.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and doer; someone who can build thoughtful campaign frameworks, connect brand and business objectives, and execute across channels with strong attention to detail. They should understand how paid, owned, earned, social, digital, partnerships, content, and experiential marketing work together to create cohesive experiences.
This person should also bring strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, digital media, social strategy, and customer behavior to help optimize campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment—someone who can connect big-picture strategy to tactical execution, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Develop and lead integrated 360° marketing strategies and campaigns across digital, social, owned, earned, partnerships, experiential, and traditional channels
Translate business priorities and brand objectives into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and measurement frameworks
Lead campaign planning and execution from strategy through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
Partner cross-functionally with leadership teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Contribute to social media strategy, content planning, audience growth, and community engagement initiatives
Support SEO strategy and content optimization efforts to improve search visibility, traffic, and customer acquisition
Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify insights, optimization opportunities, and strategic recommendations
Help shape audience targeting, messaging strategy, customer journey planning, and media mix recommendations
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives simultaneously
Stay informed on industry trends, cultural moments, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior
The Skills and Experience You Should Have
6–8+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience working directly with clients and presenting recommendations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience in an agency or consultancy environment preferred
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms a plus
Benefits
Medical and dental benefits, including a $1,000 Health Reimbursement Account
401(k) with employer match
Generous PTO policy
Substantial parental leave policy
Hybrid work environment (3 days on-site in Philadelphia, PA)
