The manager will oversee the review, negotiation, and administration of client and supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with programs like SOC 2 and privacy laws. They will act as a key advisor to sales and delivery teams to balance business objectives with risk tolerance.
Candidates must have a relevant university degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management or a similar role. Proficiency in both English and French is required to communicate with international clients and partners.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, we are looking for someone to take charge of our contract templates as well as the review, negotiation, and administration of our client and supplier contracts. This person will work closely with leadership, sales, and various teams to balance Spiria's business objectives with our risk tolerance. They will also oversee governance of our key compliance programs, notably SOC 2, in collaboration with control owners and external experts. Unusual, complex, or high-exposure legal matters will be directed to our external partners.
