The IT Advisor will act as a strategic partner to align contact center business needs with technological capabilities, specifically focusing on the Genesys platform. Responsibilities include supporting strategic planning, managing vendor relationships, and guiding internal teams through project delivery and platform optimization.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in an advisory role with strong knowledge of Genesys or similar contact center technologies. Proficiency in both English and French is required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manage complex technological roadmaps.

You will support internal partners in defining their needs, identifying obstacles, recommending appropriate solutions, and promoting the platform's capabilities, particularly Genesys.
