At Nextlane, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate, push boundaries, and work on solutions that are transforming the automotive world.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Contribute to the development and execution of Nextlane’s global partner ecosystem strategy, identifying priority partner categories and market opportunities.
Identify and onboard new strategic partners that strengthen the Nextlane platform ecosystem, acting as the primary relationship owner for key partner executives.
Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, commercial models and joint Go-To-Market initiatives, working closely with the regional sales VPs and Field Marketing teams.
Develop joint business plans with strategic partners aligned with Nextlane’s product and commercial strategy to drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue.
Monitor and report on partner performance including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and progress on strategic initiatives.
Co-own partner-driven bookings targets with Regional Sales VPs.
Collaborate with Onboarding Consultants, Sales and Field Marketing teams to activate and scale partner initiatives, ensuring partners are effectively enabled to deliver value to customers.
Facilitate collaboration between partners and Nextlane Product & Product Marketing teams to support integrations and joint solutions.
Represent Nextlane in industry events, partner summits, and executive forums to strengthen the company’s partner ecosystem visibility.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel development within technology or SaaS platforms. Experience in in the automotive sector is a “plus”. Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
Languages: French and English fluency mandatory plus at least another European language: , German, Dutch or Spanish.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage and grow complex strategic partner relationships. Demonstrated success building partner-led growth initiatives and ecosystem strategies.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment. Ability to operate cross-functionally in a global organization.
