Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software applications to enhance functionality and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of Java applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
