Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements through innovative software development, contributing to the overall enhancement of system performance and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Experience in optimizing software components for performance and scalability.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
