The Senior Accountant serves as a financial subject matter expert responsible for preparing and reconciling financial statements, tax returns, and general ledger activity. The role provides strategic leadership to senior management and ensures the integrity and auditability of financial operations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 11 years of progressive professional accounting experience. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Lifestyle Polygraph is mandatory, and a CPA or MBA is strongly preferred.
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant (Level V) to serve as a financial subject matter expert responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reconciliation of financial statements, tax returns, general ledger activity, and related financial information. This role provides strategic financial leadership, supports senior Agency management, and ensures the integrity, accuracy, and auditability of financial operations and reporting. Candidate must be a U.S Citizen and hold a Government Security Clearance with a polygraph.
