Sourcear proactivamente perfiles tech de alto nivel en LATAM y US usando LinkedIn Recruiter, búsquedas booleanas avanzadas y herramientas de IA
Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de outreach por LinkedIn y email
Identificar y activar candidatos pasivos
Coordinar agendas entre candidatos, recruiters y clientes
Mantener 5-8 búsquedas activas en paralelo
Trackear métricas de sourcing y ajustar estrategias según resultados
2-3+ años de experiencia sourceando perfiles tech (dev, data, product, design)
Dominio avanzado de LinkedIn Recruiter: búsquedas booleanas complejas, filtros combinados, X-Ray search
Experiencia usando herramientas de IA para sourcing
Capacidad de evaluar perfiles técnicos: diferencia entre React/Vue, backend/fullstack, monolitos/microservicios, data engineer/data scientist
Manejo de ATS (Teamtailor, Ashby, Greenhouse o similares)
Experiencia coordinando múltiples procesos simultáneamente
Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura y escritura)
Curiosidad para probar nuevas tools y canales de sourcing
