Job Description

Responsibilities

This role requires execution of complex reporting tasks and documentation. Prepares dashboards and client presentations. Supports workshops and internal reviews. Provides input to delivery managers. Drives improvements in reporting workflows.

• Highly motivated and self-starter. No time for micromanaging so while there are weekly check-ins with me and others, there is no daily oversight.
• Detail-oriented. Able to identify small issues or the small details that take something from good to great.
• Should be able to adapt to different personality types and situations. Able to work alone and collaborate as a team player.
• Able to identify and shift priorities based on current day situation and urgency.
• Excellent Problem Solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.
• While often overlooked, I expect them to be willing to be on video for calls.
• Will be expected to work a few hours on a weekend once every couple of months. Typically 5:00 AM EST for an hour or two validating server upgrades and patches.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field
• Experience building visualizations with Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Strong knowledge in Tableau and SQL server
• Relevant years of experience in market research, people analytics, customer experience research, or similar field

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Skilled in descriptive and inferential statistics
• Should have experience working with SQL server and Database Admin
• Should be able to understand relational databases and other schema types
• Knowledge in Snowflake and Star
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to self-teach key skills as needed – if you don’t know it, you know how to learn it.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

·       Proactive and positive attitude towards solving for project challenges and limitations.

• Strong communications skills; written and verbal
