The welder is responsible for setting up MIG equipment to assemble and join metal joist pieces according to blueprints and specifications. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean workspace following 5S standards and performing basic machine maintenance.
Candidates must be able to produce high-quality, defect-free welds that meet company standards. Physical ability to lift parts and maintain a production-paced workflow is required.
Position will require the ability to produce welds which meet company quality standards, the ability to lift parts as needed and the ability to work at a pace established by production standards.
Pay rate: $31.57 to $32.29 per hour
Afternoon Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM
