The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing and maintaining detailed 3D models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. They also perform clash detection, coordinate with engineering teams, and ensure compliance with project BIM standards.
Candidates must hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in BIM modelling, specifically within infrastructure or building projects, is required.

The BIM Modeller is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models using Building Information Modelling (BIM) software. The role supports design, engineering, and construction teams by ensuring accurate model creation, clash detection, and documentation in accordance with project standards.
Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with design engineers and consultants to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
Update models based on design revisions and site feedback.
Extract quantities and generate reports from BIM models.
Maintain proper file management and version control as per project protocols.
Participate in coordination meetings and provide model-based inputs.
