Responsible for the assembly, fitting, and testing of mold components including plates, cores, and cavities to ensure proper alignment. The role involves conducting trial runs, performing maintenance, and coordinating with CNC machining teams to meet design specifications.
Requires 5-10 years of experience in mold assembly or toolroom operations, preferably with SMC, FRP, or plastic molds. A Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making is required.
