Manage and coordinate all phases of the MEP services project delivery cycle for pharma, data centre, and power sectors. Ensure all installation works meet safety and quality standards while collaborating with design teams and subcontractors.
Requires a third-level qualification in Building Services M&E or Electrical trade with at least 5 years of experience in building services coordination. Previous experience as a Main Contractor in commercial and residential projects is preferred.
