The Field Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end installation and operations of residential solar projects, including planning, maintenance, and team management. They are responsible for monitoring performance against KPIs, ensuring safety and quality standards, and coordinating with vendors to meet project timelines and budgets.
Candidates should possess a trade qualification or degree in Engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. Proven experience in managing remote service or installation teams, preferably within the solar industry, is highly desirable.
