Vous possédez une expérience significative en gestion logistique d’œuvres d’art au niveau international, avec une maitrise des différents modes de transport et de leurs spécificités.
Vous avez une capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de manière concomitante avec le même niveau d’exigence.
Vous êtes réputé(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l’organisation et du détail.
Vous avez la capacité d’analyser rapidement une situation et d’être force de proposition afin de trouver la meilleure solution, en cas d’imprévus.
Vous avez de l’expérience dans la coordination d’interlocuteurs variés en France et à l’international.
Vous avez de fortes compétences rédactionnelles et à l’oral en français et en anglais.
Vous êtes en maitrise des logiciels du Pack Office
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Approvisionnement de l’Ecole Services, vous êtes en charge du pilotage, de l’organisation, la planification et du suivi des opérations de logistique de marchandises, de valeurs et d’œuvres d’art, en lien avec les différentes activités de l’Ecole des arts joailliers. Votre responsabilité est d'assurer l'acheminement des produits dans les meilleures conditions de coût, de délai, de qualité et de sécurité, en conformité avec les réglementations en vigueur, au sein du Groupe.

One of a Kind
Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. The shapes of the collections are all inspired the historical archive drawings and by the very first creations of the founder, Mario Buccellati. Today the Maison is owned by Richemont and the Buccellati family is still present in the company with top managerial functions, ready for our next 100 years of history.
