Requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment and proficiency with METRC software. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
The Post-Harvest Supervisor is responsible for leading all post-harvest operations — including drying, trimming, curing, and packaging — in full compliance with Ohio Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) regulations, Ohio Administrative Code 1301:18, and King City Gardens' internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role ensures that all finished cannabis products meet quality, weight, and labeling standards before vault transfer or distribution, while maintaining accurate METRC seed-to-sale tracking throughout the post-harvest workflow. The Post-Harvest Supervisor directly leads a team of Dry Room Leads, Dry Room Technicians, and Packaging Specialists, serving as the operational link between cultivation and compliance-ready finished goods.
