Lead and mentor a team of Supplier Quality Engineers to ensure supplier performance and root cause correction of quality issues. Manage supplier certifications, audits, and the qualification of new vendors in compliance with FDA and company requirements.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical discipline, with at least 7 years of Supplier Quality Engineering experience and 5 years of technical management experience. Preferred certifications include CMQ/OE, CQA, or CQE from ASQ.
The annual salary for this position is:
$120,000.00 to $145,000.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
