Lead the Service Delivery Team to manage the intake, triage, and delivery of cross-functional IT initiatives known as Project LITE. Ensure alignment with ITIL-based practices and serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Global IT.
Requires 5+ years of experience in ITSM or operational leadership and a mandatory ITIL V4 Foundation certification. Must possess strong expertise in ServiceNow and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
The annual salary for this position is:
$125,600.00 to $188,300.00This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
