Support the daily operations of the Outside School Hours Care service and lead child-led, play-based programming. Provide guidance to educators and maintain compliance and administrative processes while engaging with families and schools.
Requires a Diploma in Children's Services or a related ECEC/Teaching qualification. Candidates must have experience in children's programming and hold or be willing to obtain a Paid Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certification.

About the role
We are seeking a capable and motivated Assistant Coordinator to join our team at YMCA Wooloowin Outside School Hours Care on a permanent part time basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations, lead programming, and help guide a passionate team in delivering safe, fun, and enriching care for children.
We’re a not-for-profit organisation with a strong community focus. We’ve recently been awarded government funding through the ECEC Worker Retention Grant that increases your take home pay and we are investing in the training, support and professional development of our educators.
