Educators are responsible for supervising and engaging primary-aged children in structured and spontaneous play-based activities before and after school. They must create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment that promotes children's wellbeing, confidence, and social learning.
Candidates must hold or be studying towards a Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services or a related field. A valid Paid Blue Card and current First Aid and CPR certificates are required or must be obtained.

Are you passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Everleigh Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.
As an Educator, you’ll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary-aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play-based activities, you’ll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.
We’re a not-for-profit organisation with a strong community focus. We’ve recently been awarded government funding through the ECEC Worker Retention Grant that increases your take home pay and we are investing in the training, support and professional development of our Educators.
