The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities to support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. They must maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and current CPR/First Aid certification. A minimum of three years of experience with children, including one year in a licensed center, is required.

About the Role
As a Lead Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children. Reporting to the Early Learning Director or Assistant Director, this position is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities that support every child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
