The Director of Membership Operations leads association-wide strategies to drive membership growth, engagement, and operational consistency across multiple branches. They are responsible for coaching membership teams, improving member satisfaction, and utilizing data to achieve performance goals.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least five to seven years of progressive leadership experience in customer-focused or membership-based industries. Strong skills in staff development, financial management, and strategic planning are required to succeed in this role.
