The Senior Underwriter manages commercial transportation risks and maintains relationships with agency partners to achieve premium and profitability goals. They are also responsible for providing technical guidance to Assistant Underwriters and assisting in the development of new insurance products.
Candidates must have over 8 years of commercial auto underwriting experience, specifically within trucking and public transportation. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a CPCU designation is preferred.

The Senior Underwriter will focus on commercial transportation underwriting, producer management, and relationship building. This role is responsible for reviewing new and renewal risks, managing an assigned agency plant, supporting agency partners, and providing guidance to Assistant Underwriters.
